About The Position
Helena Public Schools is seeking a Middle School English Teacher to join a dynamic educational team that prepares students for life. This role is part of a team serving over 7,500 students across 18 campuses. The position is a 187-day contract with a starting base salary range of $52,275 - $70,833, dependent on education and verifiable experience. The district offers a competitive benefits package.
Requirements
- Montana teaching certificate with the appropriate endorsement.
- At least a year of successful teaching experience in English at the Middle school level.
- Ability to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.

Responsibilities
- Teach district approved curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional material.
- Provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil.
