About The Position

Beacon Charter High School for the Arts seeks a full-time English teacher, with a valid RI Secondary English certificate, to join our dedicated and passionate teaching faculty. Comfort with curriculum writing preferred. Beacon, one of the state's most successful public charter schools, is located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, and serves 231 student artists from across the state. We are looking for educators with: strong, standards-based lesson planning and development skills; student-centered approach; and commitment to being a participating team member.
