About The Position
Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking an English Teacher who speaks Russian and/or Ukrainian for a corporate client in Spartanburg, SC. This is a freelance, part-time position involving customized language training for professionals. The role requires teaching two groups of adult learners, one beginner/elementary and one pre-intermediate/intermediate, for a total of 50 hours. Sessions are two hours long and held once a week on Thursdays from 3-5 PM at the client's office. The goal of the training is to help employees grow within the company and access more internal opportunities. The schedule and location may be flexible based on availability, and the hourly rate is negotiable.
Requirements
- Native English speaker and/or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Ability to live within 20 miles of Spartanburg, SC.
- Speaks Russian and/or Ukrainian.
Responsibilities
- Teach corporate English to two groups of adult learners.
- Deliver customized language training for work purposes.
