Requirements
- UK QTS with a strong track record of teaching English
- Proven ability to secure strong outcomes across English Language and Literature
- Experience supporting or leading curriculum development

Responsibilities
- Support the Head of English in driving standards and outcomes as a Second in Charge of English
- Deliver consistently excellent teaching across KS3 and KS4
- Lead on curriculum development, ensuring a rigorous and knowledge-rich English provision
- Support staff through coaching, mentoring and sharing best practice
- Contribute to assessment, intervention and raising attainment strategies
- Help lead departmental quality assurance and self-evaluation processes
- Play a key role in shaping the English provision in North Kensington, London
