About The Position

Huntington Learning Center in Fishers is seeking a part-time English SAT/ACT Prep Tutor. This is an in-person position for individuals who are caring, qualified, and committed to student success. It's ideal for working professionals, graduate students, and new, retired, or substitute teachers looking to make a difference. The role offers flexible evening and weekend schedules, with no lesson planning or homework grading required, and all materials provided. This position allows you to focus on teaching and enhance your resume with valuable educational experience.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree is required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with teens and young adults.
• Ability to work at least 2 days a week.
• Availability during specified hours: Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm-9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
• Submit resume and cover letter, including copies of appropriate certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a graduate student, new teacher, retired teacher, or substitute teacher.

Responsibilities

• Teach Verbal SAT/ACT prep to students.
