About The Position
This is a .5 FTE position for an English Language Arts Teacher for grades 8-12 and a .5 FTE position for a Social Studies Teacher, effective July 1, 2026, at Albert Lea High School. The position starts on August 10, 2026. Albert Lea Area Schools' mission is to ensure individual growth that leads to engaged citizens and life-long learners. The district offers a mentoring program, new teacher onboarding, utilizes the Marzano instructional and evaluation framework, and provides professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid MN teaching license required or ability to obtain
Responsibilities
- Teach English Language Arts for grades 8-12
