About The Position

Schools and higher education institutions across Georgia are seeking to strengthen English learning and enrich students’ educational experiences. English proficiency is increasingly important for youth and adults as Georgia navigates a complex development environment and responds to rapidly shifting labor market demands. Professional colleges, universities, education resource centers, and public schools are often the most accessible providers of free education, yet many students struggle to build strong, functional English skills. Wide variations in student proficiency, limited learning resources, and the slow adoption of interactive teaching methods make it difficult to meet curriculum requirements—especially in vocational programs. These gaps hinder students’ academic progress and employment opportunities. As an English Education Trainer, you will help learners strengthen their English skills and develop the practical competencies needed for future employability and entrepreneurship. Working alongside local educators, you will design English learning projects and creative activities that give students more opportunities to practice and apply the language. Together, you will create motivating learning environments that equip Georgians to thrive in a changing labor market and connect with expanding international opportunities.
