English Contract Attorney
About The Position
Contact Review is seeking an English Contract Attorney to assist with project-based legal work, including document review and other legal services. The company seeks high-quality, accountable, barred attorneys tailored to project needs. Its services include document review, privilege review, expert testimony, legal research, and foreign-language translation. Contact Review describes its teams as working collaboratively to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support clients. The work location and hours, including potential remote work and work outside standard business hours, are determined on a project-by-project basis. The start date is negotiable. Compensation is $27–$40 an hour.
Requirements
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
- Familiarity with document review workflows, such as privilege and responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
- Experience with electronic document review technology, such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a member of a document review team.
- Familiarity with Relativity version 9.0 or higher.
- At least two years of legal support experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform document review, including privilege and responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
- Potentially assist with privilege review, expert testimony, legal research, and foreign-language translation, depending on project needs.
