About The Position

Created Solutions is seeking talented engineers, technical professionals, and program leaders to support current and anticipated defense programs in Crane, Indiana. These positions support advanced technologies and mission-critical capabilities for the U.S. Navy and Department of Defense. We are interested in connecting with professionals across a broad range of technical disciplines and experience levels. Opportunities may support engineering design and development, systems integration, modeling and simulation, test and evaluation, technology maturation, manufacturing, program execution, and other specialized technical areas. Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physical science, or another relevant technical discipline for engineering positions; equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered for other technical roles.
  • Relevant professional experience within an applicable engineering, technical, scientific, or program discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability and willingness to work primarily on-site in Crane, Indiana.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Active DoD security clearance.
  • Previous experience supporting U.S. Navy or Department of Defense programs.
  • Experience supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division or other Navy warfare centers, laboratories, or DoD organizations.
  • Experience developing, integrating, testing, or sustaining complex defense systems.
  • Experience working directly with government customers.
  • Advanced technical degree, professional certification, or specialized expertise applicable to defense programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced defense systems and technologies.
  • Perform engineering analyses, trade studies, modeling, simulation, or technical assessments.
  • Support laboratory, field, qualification, and developmental test activities.
  • Develop and evaluate hardware, software, systems, components, or technical solutions.
  • Analyze test data, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop recommendations.
  • Prepare engineering documentation, reports, technical presentations, and briefings.
  • Collaborate with government customers, engineering teams, laboratories, contractors, and other mission partners.
  • Support technical reviews, program milestones, and technology transition activities.
  • Provide technical leadership or program support commensurate with experience.
  • Support classified programs and activities as required.
