About The Position

This job is responsible for technical assistance across the plant and to work alongside engineers to review, develop, and implement manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Lean/ Six Sigma/ 5S
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, or related software.
Strong experience with AS400 and/or SAP

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in a related field; or minimum of two years related experience; or combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

Participating in the establishment and deployment of standard processes, policies, and procedures across the plant.
Understand, adjust, and write work instructions.
Conducting research, collecting data, and writing daily reports.
Conducting experiments and investigations under the guidance of Engineers.
Working alongside engineers to design, build, and test solutions to a variety of technical problems.
Participate and lead small projects.
Audit standard processes and use continuous improvement tools to implement improvements.
Work with other departments as required.
Create and design signs / markings for all necessary duties.
Use the following software programs while performing the job: SAP, Nutech, SAPME, AutoCad, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Confluence, Solid Works, and Word.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
