Requirements

You must have a valid driver’s license.
You should speak and write well.
You should have strong analytical and organizational skills.
You must be a team player.

Nice To Haves

An associate degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, Architecture Technology or CAD Drafting from a technical college or institution is preferred.
Relevant experience may offset the educational requirement.

Responsibilities

Inspect contractor operations for compliance with project plans and specifications.
Prepare project notes, calculations and summary sheets following Fehr Graham documentation procedures.
Keep daily records of contractor quantities and activities.
Conduct field measurements for record drawings, and communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Support the engineering and environmental functions of the firm.
