About The Position

Requirements

Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in durable goods.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Computer savvy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred but not required
Experience with CAD software and other engineering design tools.
Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards.

Responsibilities

Assist engineers in the design and development of manufacturing processes and systems.
Conduct tests and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
