About The Position

Provide independent technical support to engineers on moderately complex assignments. Gather, format, and manipulate technical data, including material test results and engineering design changes. Conduct and record comprehensive test activities, specifically supporting stress testing on eCASS and SSR. Perform detailed mathematical calculations and preliminary data analysis to ensure model dimensional consistency and trajectory adequacy. Produce high-quality engineering documentation, including flow charts, block diagrams, schematics, and reports. Utilize software tools and personal computers to analyze results and present recommendations. Determine appropriate methods or sequences for production and technical operations; contribute to equipment modification based on requirements. Lead or provide direction to junior personnel or technicians as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in an engineering or technical support role.
  • 2-4 years of experience with Mechanical Assembly, Electronics, and Cable Harness integration.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Electronic Testing, Hardware Testing, Electrical Testing, and Stress Testing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Circuit Design, Schematics, and Electronics circuit card troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in C#, Git, and Power BI for data analysis and software version control.
  • Familiarity with Electro-mechanical sensors and actuators, Instrumentation, and Electrical Standards.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and General Engineering practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities within technical environments.
  • Professional demeanor with effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver technical presentations.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of service for internal and external stakeholders.
  • B.S. or higher; must possess 9+ years of related experience.
