As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product quality. You may also perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements

  • Experience - Have experience with manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Skill - Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Competency - Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Knowledge - Be familiar with quality control processes and methodologies.
  • Skill - Be proficient in technical problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Conducting equipment maintenance and troubleshooting and providing technical support to production teams
  • Performing root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Conducting tests and experiments to validate and verify manufacturing processes
  • Training production staff on new processes and equipment, developing an maintaining manufacturing documentation
