About The Position
The Engineering Technician VI position will support the assembly and integration of analog and digital cables for use in systems in the realm of signal processing, information processing, and display processing on Surface and subsurface UUVs (Unmanned Underwater Vehicles). Assemblies include coaxial cables, RF connectors, and electrical cables, ribbons, combined with complex connectors/in-outs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, work environment.
Requirements
- Support the assembly and integration of analog and digital cables for use in systems in the realm of signal processing, information processing, and display processing on Surface and subsurface UUVs (Unmanned Underwater Vehicles).
- Assemblies include coaxial cables, RF connectors, and electrical cables, ribbons, combined with complex connectors/in-outs.

Responsibilities
- Assembly of digital and analog cables and connectors
- Testing of digital and analog cables and connectors
- Assembly and integration of electromechanical components
- System assembly and testing of payload assemblies, training equipment, and kit packaging
