About The Position

Perform maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment to assure a continuous source of light, heat, water, electrical power and temperature control and recommend necessary changes in such facilities or equipment. Provide support to all departments as directed by department manager.

Requirements

  • High school or GED required
  • Three years technical experience in industrial, commercial, institutional, automotive, or construction environment OR Associates Degree (technical) or trade diploma in a technical field from an accredited educational institution and one year experience in technical maintenance required
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspended, denied or revoked driver’s license within the last 3 years required
  • Basic understanding of electrical distribution systems, three phase and single phase, up to 600 volts
  • Basic understanding of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, (HVAC), operation to include basic theory of operation and controls
  • Ability to use basic test equipment including, but not limited to, multi-meters, temperature probes, and circuit tracers
  • Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene
  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems
  • Maintain records of maintenance and repairs using computerized maintenance programs
  • Abide by safety policies and report safety hazards to department manager
  • Participative member of the team by volunteering and being involved in projects, committees, and task forces by providing input and suggestions Respond to emergency and critical situations
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner
  • Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values
