About The Position

This role develops, launches, and sustains complex CNC milling processes, independently delivering safe, capable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. The position owns complete multi-axis milling solutions, from manufacturability review and CAD/CAM programming through machine setup, prove-out, first article inspection (FAI), validation, release, and production. It also provides advanced troubleshooting, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve schedule, quality, capacity, and cost targets. The technician works with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, machine operators, vendors, suppliers, designers, and equipment builders. The environment is proactive, safe, and climate-controlled, though work may also involve warm, cool, or noisy conditions and exposure to oil, coolants, and other manufacturing-related substances. The role involves a mix of sitting and standing, with up to seven hours of standing per day, and lifting or maneuvering fixtures, material, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Standard working hours apply, with potential overtime and occasional schedule adjustments to support second-, third-, and weekend operations. The hourly pay range is $25.10–$45.19. The actual offer considers qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and internal equity. Jabil's total rewards package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, an employee stock purchase plan, and paid time off.
