This is an exciting opportunity to work in an accredited ISO 17025 laboratory supporting UL and Department of Energy (DOE) testing. The Engineering Technician Co-op will gain hands-on experience with advanced testing and data acquisition equipment used to validate new energy-efficient motor and control designs for pool, HVAC, automation, and related applications. As part of a collaborative engineering team, the co-op will assist with testing, analyzing, and documenting motor performance to support Nidec design and application engineers. The role also provides the opportunity to lead an individual project from concept through implementation under the guidance of an experienced engineer.
