Requirements

2-5 years’ experience in military or aerospace weapon system assembly and integration.
Skilled in electrical cable, harness fabrication, and system check-out.
Proficient with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and power supplies.
Active DoD SECRET security clearance.
High school diploma or higher.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Nice To Haves

Experience with precision servo-driven mechanisms, missiles, or gun-launched systems.
Handling of energetic materials (1.1A safety hazard class).
Basic machining skills (operation of mill and lathe).
Active TOP-SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly, integration, check-out, and testing of prototype weapon systems with electro-mechanical, power electronics, processors, and advanced sensors.
Interpret and execute detailed drawings, electrical schematics, build plans, work orders, and test procedures.
Collect and store build and test data, including digital images and handwritten records, to support End-Item Data Packages.
Ensure strict compliance with safety practices for ESD-sensitive components, high-voltage electronics, and clean-room protocols.
Maintain secure handling protocols for Controlled Unclassified Information and SECRET materials.
Participate in live system demonstrations for the Department of Defense, including on-site assembly and live-fire testing at government facilities.
Travel up to 20% as required for project support and demonstrations.
