Whether supporting Mature Commercial Engines, our industry-leading Geared Turbofan engines, Military Engine programs, Operations, or Business Support functions, the objectives of our program are to help you to develop an understanding of our industry, our company, its operations, and how each discipline and department contributes to the success of our products and customer partnerships. ESTO provides dedicated support by eliminating quality notifications, escapes, works stops and enabling producibility and delivery of legacy and new parts, assemblies, modules, and engines. ESTO covers all engine programs and part families, enabling engine deliveries, first piece reviews, first article inspections, analysis automation, process certification. ESTO also supports the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) initiative in Operations. Technical disciplines in ESTO include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, Product Definition, and Manufacturing Engineering.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in an applicable field of study Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Civil and Industrial Engineering
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a healthy work relationship based on mutual trust with peers, internal and external customers where significant interaction is expected.
  • Participate in cross-discipline integrated product teams to provide design solutions that balance performance, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.
