About The Position
The Engineering Support Technician works independently throughout the manufacturing plants to analyze, modify, and build machines, tools, fixtures, jigs, templates, and guards. This role collaborates with other technicians, tool room personnel, engineers, department managers, and operators during the analysis and implementation phases of various projects.

Benefits
- Automatic pay increases at 90 days and 6 months
- Sign-on bonus of $1,500 paid out in two installments at 30 days and 90 days
