About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support Coordinator to assist with customer projects and internal manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly computer proficient and has experience—or a strong interest—in metal fabrication, blueprint reading, or drafting. You'll work closely with customers, engineers, and production teams to ensure project accuracy from start to finish.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Strong organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience reading blueprints preferred
- Drafting or CAD coursework is a plus
- Metal fabrication knowledge preferred or willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Review customer drawings and project specifications
- Assist with blueprint interpretation and documentation
- Communicate with customers, engineers, and internal departments
- Prepare job documentation and production information
- Enter and maintain project data
- Verify dimensions and measurements
- Support production planning and scheduling
- Maintain accurate electronic records
