About The Position

ASRC Federal Systems Solutions, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, requires a highly motivated Engineering & Support Services Supervisor to support the ASTROS Contract. ASRC Federal is supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research.

Requirements

Experience in successfully leading a crew of people through tasks.
Willingness to give orders for daily assignments.
Ability to operate Heavy Equipment.
Prompt and steady attendance.
Place Safety of self and others ahead of everything else. All support must be well thought out, with safety in mind, before started.
Great customer service skills and able to communicate the status of jobs and understand deadlines.
Ability to work within a defined schedule and communicate any deviations.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
Ability to gain access to the customer’s computer networks.
Required to work in both cold and very hot environments.
Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience in performing and completing work in an Aerospace environment.
Experience reading and understanding blueprints.
Great knowledge of Microsoft Office.
An ability to create reports in Excel.
Experience in safely building “Safe Plans of Actions” for test stand crews.
