About The Position

The Engineering Supervisor will lead and supervise design teams in the development, review, and approval of engineering and construction packages for gas transmission facilities and major projects, ensuring compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, training union and management personnel, monitoring staff performance, and conducting performance evaluations. The Engineering Supervisor will maintain group calendars, on-call schedules, and SharePoint resources, while supporting as-constructed documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal requirements. This role will also oversee outside design vendors and contracts, coordinating engineering and design efforts with internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Engineering Supervisor requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to monitor the financial status of major gas transmission projects and support Transmission Maintenance operations as needed.
