About The Position

We are seeking skilled Engineering Technicians for multiple shifts. In this role, you will perform maintenance activities on equipment in our Wafer Fab Cleanroom and collaborate closely with Process, R&D, and Manufacturing departments. Our team-oriented organization is committed to enhancing technician skills at all levels within the department.About the role - you will: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Photo, Plate, and Test equipment in wafer fabrication. Possess knowledge of electronic circuits, PLCs, and robotics, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. Follow and complete preventive maintenance (PM) instructions accurately. Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment in accordance with company standards to ensure minimal equipment downtime. This includes production and production test equipment. Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Administer training programs to ensure proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures are followed. Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative, understanding the implications of work and making recommendations for solutions. Determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel as needed. As a skilled specialist, complete tasks in creative and effective ways. Be available to work nights and weekends. This position is assigned to B Shift, which operates Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
