Engineering Services Technician I - First Shift

About The Position
Performs mechanical testing on both composite and metals. Performs material preparation functions including but not limited to Strain Gage Layout and preparation, photographing, conditioning and general specimen inspection. Candidate should be comfortable in a lab setting, able to perform routine maintenance and repairs of various mechanical systems with direction.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Good math skills.
- Comfortable utilizing standard precision measuring instruments such as micrometer or vernier calipers.
- Comfortable with MS Word and MS excel.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Lab experience.
- Hydraulic background.
- Electronics background.
