In this role, you’ll ensure engineering changes are assessed, planned, executed, and validated effectively- driving cross‑functional alignment, maintaining strong governance, and ensuring outcomes meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of project management experience, ideally across varying products, services, and lifecycle phases.
  • Experience managing engineering change, including assessment, planning, execution, validation, and integration across cross‑functional teams.
  • Awareness of contracting methodologies and cross‑functional lifecycle requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Project Management; or relative qualification.
  • Professional certification such as AIPM CPPM or PMI PMP, or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months.
  • Current licences including a Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence and Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Eligible to obtain defence clearance

Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering projects in limited‑complexity environments, applying core project management competencies.
  • Build integrated delivery teams across Project Controls, Engineering, SHEQ, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and champion the adoption of new technologies.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
  • Plan and monitor project performance, including monthly reporting, deviation analysis, and escalation management.
