About The Position

GAF's Engineering Rotation Program is a 2-year program designed to develop high-potential talent into future operations leaders. This program is designed to accelerate the development of recent graduates into leaders capable of bringing value to our dynamic manufacturing operations network. The candidate will network with key leaders across the organization and will have the opportunity to work on major projects and product lines at GAF’s plants. The program aims to provide immediate impact to the business, gain exposure to leadership, and offer experiences across various parts of the business within a 24-month period to accelerate professional growth. The work is highly technical, with the end goal being for the candidate and the company to find their next best opportunity within the organization. Rotations will be determined through business needs, candidate interest, and performance outcomes. The positions will be based in one of GAF’s plants across its network. Candidates will have a dedicated leader and mentor to support their development and technical training. The rotation assignments are supplemented by various training courses and experiences, including overviews of GAF's functions and a curriculum to develop competencies such as problem-solving, critical thinking, technical skills, product/process knowledge, and leadership capability. The program consists of two one-year assignments, determined by business needs and candidate preference.
