As an Engineering Management Trainee on the Roadway Equipment Team at BNSF Railway, you will explore the safety and operational foundation of one of North America's leading freight rail networks. This role combines hands-on fieldwork, providing you with an excellent opportunity to learn about the operation, maintenance, and strategic deployment of our extensive fleet of engineering machinery. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will gain invaluable insights and skills, directly contributing to the optimization of rail safety and efficiency. This experience will accelerate your professional growth in railway engineering and open doors to future leadership positions within the industry. This is a full-time (minimum 40hrs/wk) position in a 24x7 operations environment, subject to on-call, overtime, nights, alternating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Travel and Relocation is required. After the 12-month program, candidates must be flexible with their location, as they could be moved depending on business needs. Must have reliable transportation to and from work and travel up to 75% of the time. Accelerate your career over 12 months of training.
