About Large Power Systems Division: The Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) is part of Caterpillar’s Power & Energy segment. Through this global organization, Caterpillar designs and manufacture large (greater than 18 liters) diesel and natural gas engines, powertrains and key engine systems. Job Summary The Lafayette Engine Center (LEC) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced project engineer to join our manufacturing modernization effort as an Engineering Project Team Leader. The Engineering Team Leader manages multiple or complex engineering projects involving multiple functions, organizations, products, or value chains. Technical problem solving and collaboration with multiple teams is key to delivering results for our customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and skills.
