It also requires ensuring cross-functional adherence to engineering, technical, and regulatory requirements, planning for and solving unexpected issues, and communicating updates. The role involves using and writing documentation in tools like Quip, email, Confluence, and Slack, and developing methods to accurately communicate issue status. Proficiency in using tools such as Wrike, Keynote, OmniPlan, and Radar for planning, and developing and communicating high-level status of complex project plans is essential. The role also includes leading strategic planning for the development of process and project management tools and implementing long-term strategy, understanding and communicating business needs, and writing technical documentation.
