Requirements

  • Bachelors with 5+ years of proven experience in both Project Management (Agile/Scrum) and Business Analysis (Requirements Gathering/Process Modeling).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical project management and business analysis tools.
  • Documented proficiency in using industry-standard technical project management and business analysis tools.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with cloud-native architectures (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes/EKS).
  • Experience in Information Security, specifically vulnerability management or remediation workflows.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools to track project metrics and system performance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of critical technology solutions to ensure seamless delivery from concept to release.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to translate business needs into clear technical requirements that guide engineering teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional programs to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, security standards, and operational efficiency goals.
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes to implement strategies that streamline development and improve overall system performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to provide transparency on project status, scope changes, and requirement clarifications.
