Requirements

Technical Bachelor’s degree (required)
6+ years of experience in project management and operations leadership
Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
Background in regulated industries (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication, financial, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools
Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice To Haves

PMP certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead complex engineering projects from kickoff to implementation
Develop and manage integrated project plans using PM best practices
Partner with Engineering, Quality/Regulatory, Certification, and Leadership teams
Communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and financial impacts to stakeholders
Drive process improvements, change management, and team alignment
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and schedule goals
Ensure alignment with PMO standards, including planning, execution, and deployment
