About The Position

Bainbridge Health is hiring an Engineering Project Manager to serve as the operating partner to the CTO and the execution anchor for the software development team. This person will help the organization ship on time with higher first-time quality by improving planning, tracking, communication, and day-to-day engineering operating rhythm.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in a software delivery environment.
• Strong project or program management skills in relevant industry methodologies
• Excellent organizational skills and very strong follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Enough technical fluency to work effectively with engineers, product partners, and technical roadmaps.
• Aligned with Bainbridge Health’s mission and values, and committed to improving patient safety and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Manage roadmap mechanics, team workflow visibility, and cross-functional follow-up for software development work.
• Maintain and improve GitLab boards, project management processes, delivery dashboards, and team planning artifacts.
• Run or support the core operating cadence for engineering, including work reviews, dependency tracking, issue follow-up, and release readiness coordination.
• Surface blockers, sequencing risks, and resourcing issues early, and drive them to resolution with the right stakeholders.
• Document and improve engineering playbooks, process standards, and roadmap communication practices.
