The ASE Security team is seeking an experienced Security Engineering Program Manager to help manage and scale our Foundational Security team. Within ASE you will work with and influence colleagues across Apple to drive programs that protect Apple's server infrastructure through security authorization, access controls, and foundational security software that runs at Apple's scale. As our work is integral to the entire infrastructure stack, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of engineering teams across Apple. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in Engineering Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Partner/Customer Engineering.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional software engineering projects from inception to delivery.
Demonstrated ability to drive product or framework adoption among technical stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

Direct experience working with engineering teams to roll out programs and security campaigns intended to uplift operational security.
Experience working in a "Partner Success," "Developer Relations," or "Forward Deployed Engineering" capacity.
Familiarity with IAM, Security Frameworks, Scalable Solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the rollout and adoption of critical security frameworks.
Drive the adoption of a custom-developed Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution utilizing Open Policy Agent (OPA).
Act as the connective tissue between security engineering teams and partners, ensuring a frictionless integration experience.
Establish the playbook for rolling out security frameworks.
Drive the adoption of other key security frameworks and technologies across the organization.
Influence colleagues across Apple to drive programs that protect Apple's server infrastructure through security authorization, access controls, and foundational security software.
Work with a wide variety of engineering teams across Apple.
Cultivate strong relationships, build trust, and influence without direct authority.
Communicate openly and clearly, collaborate enthusiastically.
Protect users and secure the infrastructure that powers the ecosystem.
Bridge the gap between core security engineers and internal/external partners.
Ensure cutting-edge security frameworks are seamlessly adopted at scale.
