About The Position

CSA Engineering Services, LLC supports the construction, operation, and maintenance of safe, reliable, and efficient electric power systems through engineering excellence, a commitment to quality, and a reputation built on experience and trust. CSA provides engineering for new and existing low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems. With the growing demand for electric power due to trends in AI and plans to “De-Carbonize the grid”, there is a need to integrate more renewable generation and storage technologies into the electric grid and expand existing infrastructure to support increased electrical demand. CSA is well positioned to capitalize on these trends and we are seeking to hire an Engineering Project Manager to join our growing business.

Requirements

6-12 Years of Relevant Experience.
Ability to lead designers and coordinate with other professionals to develop design drawings and reports.
Four-Year Engineering Degree from ABET accredited school.
Valid driver’s license.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
Ability to communicate with colleagues and customers is essential.

Nice To Haves

Licensed Professional Engineer in any US State.
Experience with AutoCad.
Knowledge of Utility Standards and Electrical Code.

Responsibilities

Working directly with customers to establish required deliverables, timeline and budget for each project.
Revising deliverables based on customer and stakeholder comments.
Leading designers and coordinating with other professionals to develop design drawings and reports.
Managing projects including Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Design, Fuel Cell Design, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Design, Backup/Emergency Generator Design, Electrical Design for HVAC Systems, Protective Relaying Design, and Power Systems Studies (Including Short Circuit, Coordination, Arc Flash and Grounding Studies).
