Caterpillar is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Leader to join the Drivetrain Controls System Simulation and Validation (DCSSV) organization to support Caterpillar machines with electrohydraulic brakes. This role provides project leadership and ownership for lower powertrain brake controls solutions. The successful candidate will serve as project owner for key drivetrain controls technologies, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, robust solutions that meet both customer and enterprise objectives. This position requires strong engineering judgment, systems-level thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
