Analyse and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of GPU (Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and Display feature deliverables on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Define and track progress towards Software milestones for feature work/feature development in software and hardware Pre-silicon deliverables and SoC (“System On a Chip)” bring-up leading into production and releasing the new feature capabilities. Partner with cross functional teams (Display Technologies, Frameworks, Quality Assurance) both inside and outside of Graphics GPU & Displays (GGD) to drive GPU and Display feature deliverables through the product development life cycle. Establish, manage and communicate program feature plans, active investigations, escalations, and drive technical risks to resolution. Define and align on an execution plan with Software Engineering (SWE) & other key partner teams. Define lower-level Software engineering milestones with completion criteria. In depth tracking and management of software deliverables and release dependencies. Perform ongoing project risk assessment and report regularly to leadership. Identify and highlight technical risk areas and mitigation strategies in partnership with the technical subject matter experts. Maintain and influence a multi-year roadmap of products and planned GPU and Display feature implementation. Strive for continuous improvements and increased efficiency across program management processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent and Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 1 year of experience with Utilizing CPU/GPU technologies including system architecture, performance tuning, and integration into broader systems designs (ecosystem).
  • 1 year of experience Handling end-to-end program lifecycle management, including hardware development timelines, software releases, and field deployment.
  • 1 year of experience working with agile, waterfall, or hybrid development approaches to balance product innovation with timeline constraints.
  • 1 year of experience Managing complex projects and implementing process improvements.
  • 1 year of experience Summarizing and communicating complex technical situations for executive audiences to provide clear program updates, including risks and resources.
  • 1 year of experience Utilizing understanding of software development processes, hardware validation, and system-level frameworks to collaborate on technical topics including performance, scalability, and display IP architecture.
  • 1 year of experience Utilizing HW development methodology to support overseeing software aspects of CPU platform projects, managing risk during software integration, and ensuring that development processes align with product goals.
  • 1 year of experience Performing IP validation for ensuring functional quality for various SoC hardware and achieving power and performance goals.
