About The Position

Apple is looking for an engineering program manager with strong OS fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work with an amazing team. This is a highly cross functional role and will involve working with our Hardware, Software and Operations teams to track and manage the delivery of Software to the factory lines for the iPhone, iPad, Mac, WATCH, Apple TV and Vision Pro product lines. A great opportunity for a program manager who is also very interested in technology and wants to help drive and deliver high quality software to the factories.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience project managing complex, multi-functional projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Software and Hardware product lifecycle.
• BS/MS EE/CS/CE or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the software deliverables to the factories during various hardware builds starting with development phase to mass production.
• Drive technical discussions with engineering teams to identify solutions for software that impact hardware.
• Provide timely communications to factories about future release schedules and coordinate control run to ensure smooth roll out.
• Identify and highlight risks, work on mitigations and drive for alignment with all stakeholders across Software and Hardware orgs.
• Communicate and present the plan in various forms to leadership.
