We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager who will work closely with the Generative AI software team to develop next generation software. This individual will need a solid track record of building and maintaining complex UX software and familiarity with machine learning pipelines, platforms, tools and processes that deliver end-to-end experiences that delight customers. We're looking for an individual with a proven track record of shipping complex customer-facing projects under demanding timelines. You tend to be exceptional at working with a variety of personalities, adapting your approach and message to keep the project on track and the entire project team moving as a single unit. This individual needs to collaborate closely with multiple high functioning teams to create clever, nimble team project plans and drive execution effectively, drive bug convergence, communicate clear, unbiased progress across the board and foster partnership to bring the highest level of product innovation and quality. The best Program Managers are inherently curious, digging deep to understand what customers need, how the technology itself works and critical facets for any important decision. Requirements

At least 5-8 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across disciplines (SW, HW, Product, Design, QA)
Strong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplines
Excellent track record of project management and meeting deliverables
Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineers
Ability to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audience
Flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity and very adaptable
Excellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audience
BS in Engineering
