About The Position

As an Engineering Program Manager within the Data Platform team, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making. You will oversee a platform responsible for secure data ingestion, storage, management, real-time and batch processing, data transformation, and analytics, among other critical functions. You will be responsible for managing complex projects related to data ingestion, processing, storage, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving continuous improvement in our data engineering and analytics processes. Your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and drive results will be essential to your success. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by enabling access to reliable and insightful data. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering program management, with a focus on data engineering and/or analytics.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proven track record of contributing to the successful delivery of data-related projects.
• Experience participating in feedback loops with stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to the definition and monitoring of key product metrics.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities
