Insures, within the Project team, the targets achievement in terms of meeting timelines, cost optimization and management of assigned people, assuring the best technical solution (homogeneity, standardization, requirements compliance).

Requirements

Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
A minimum three years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience required
English language proficiency
Internal product/process knowledge
Customer knowledge (specification and application)
Customer Technical management (Main Customer/project already managed)
Value analysis, design to cost
Specific IT tools: Office (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Workspace
Work timing self-management
Team work attitude
To be "internal reference point"
Project planning, timing control, target management

Responsibilities

Content analysis for proposals and engineering evaluation estimation
Technical activity and manpower within the project (timings, preliminary costs) planning
Compliance to the customer's requirements, assuring the use of company standards (products, processes, norms ...) and pointing out the standardization opportunities
Timing, quality and targets. Tracks and reports on project status.
Develops Strategic Workload Scenario
Promotes global utilization of Comau Resources.
Project KPI's and Trends to documented budget
Guarantee coherences between OA forecast and monthly workload elaboration and simulation
Populates the corporate Global W/L Capacity Tool
Collects data from multiple functions and countries
Drives revision of key WL Inputs such as: Backlog (Current Projects) & Futures (Order Acquisition)
Budget roll-ups and monitoring and reporting
Guide Project teams through the Outsourced Design process
Proactively raise awareness of potential slips in timeline, budget, etc.
