Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or other related engineering major from an ABET accredited institution.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant paid co-op or internship experience
- Willingness to be on-call for plant area support when required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities
- Apply engineering best practices and continuous improvement principles to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to projects that enhance safety, product quality, productivity, and equipment or infrastructure reliability.
- Work in operations roles such as Production / Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, and Operations Management, using continuous improvement tools and disciplined problem solving.
