About The Position

Coordinates the maintenance and repair of the mechanical and electrical systems of the ICCLOS complex. Manage a preventative maintenance program. Accountability is to the Senior Facilities Manager. This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company polices and procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage & direct all pipefitters & electricians.
Plan, organize and oversee projects from start to finish.
Assembling and leading project teams; assigning tasks based on skills and experience and fostering a collaborative environment.
Direct utility companies & their services.
Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure the safety, reliability and effectiveness of designs and systems.
Identify problems, conduct research, analyze data and develop innovative solutions.
Make recommendations related to hiring, firing or other changes in employee status.
Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations.
