Engineering Manager - Aerospace Machining experience
About The Position
If you are an Engineering Manager with extensive Aerospace industry machining experience and you're looking for a full time position in the North Andover area then this message is for you!! We're an Aerospace company that provides complex assemblies and systems solutions to aircraft and engine manufacturers as well as defense and space companies worldwide! We are currently experiencing tremendous growth!! For that reason, we are actively seeking an Engineering Manager with extensive Aerospace machining experience to join us as we gear up for 2020. This position will also be responsible for directing NPI activity and providing technical support and leadership to the Manufacturing Engineering and CNC Programming departments. Also, this position will be developing and maintaining Manufacturing Engineering standards in addition to the management of the Continuous Improvement program.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science within an Engineering discipline, advanced degree preferred
- Previous Aerospace Machining experience required, 10+ years highly desired
- Previous Management/Supervisor experience is required, 5+ years most desired
- Expert knowledge of developing Manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction
- CNC programming experience is required
Responsibilities
- Directing NPI activity
- Providing technical support and leadership to the Manufacturing Engineering and CNC Programming departments
- Developing and maintaining Manufacturing Engineering standards
- Management of the Continuous Improvement program
