A Day in the Life Whether you start your day at 6:00 AM (1st shift: 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM) or kick off the evening at 3:45 PM (2nd shift: 3:45 PM – 2:00 AM) , your focus is the same: produce and validate world-class parts with precision. You’ll operate CNC equipment, set up jobs, confirm tolerances, and use inspection tools—from hand gauges to CMM—to ensure every component meets exacting standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines
- Perform setups
- Monitor production
- Ensure part quality
- Perform hands-on dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and maintain quality documentation.
- Operate CMM equipment and execute precision inspections to tight tolerances.
- Conduct microscope-based visual inspection for defects (scratches, coating issues, debris).
