Requirements
- Hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Experience in hotel engineering or facilities management is required.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, responsive, and able to prioritize multiple projects.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call shifts when needed.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department to ensure the hotel’s building systems, equipment, and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee capital projects and repairs.
- Ensure life safety compliance.
- Support all departments by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained property for our guests and associates.
- Supervise and develop the engineering team.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Manage departmental budgets.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
