Requirements
- Hands on leader with strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Experience in hotel engineering or facilities management is required.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends or on call shifts when needed.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department to ensure the hotel’s building systems, equipment, and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs, oversee capital projects and repairs, ensure life safety compliance, and support all departments by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well maintained property for our guests and associates.
- Supervise and develop the engineering team, coordinate with vendors and contractors, manage departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
