The New York Times is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its Publishing group's Starter Kit team. The Publishing group is responsible for content management across all NY Times and bundled brands, empowering development teams to build and evolve experiences with speed, and providing editors and creators with a unified suite of tools. The Starter Kit team specifically develops foundational shared libraries and UI components for applications built on Scoop, the company's CMS and publishing platform. As an Engineering Manager, you will be a key technical and operational leader, collaborating with product, design, and newsroom partners to build solutions for editorial and internal customer workflows. You will lead a team of 5-6 engineers and report to a Senior Engineering Manager.
