About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong focus on MarTech / AdTech — someone who can blend technical excellence with leadership to build scalable systems that power data-driven marketing and advertising. You’ll guide a talented team, shape the technical roadmap, and collaborate across product, data, and marketing to deliver high-impact solutions that fuel Kilo Health’s growth.

Requirements

  • Have a strong engineering background and experience building scalable systems
  • Bring expertise in MarTech or AdTech domains such as automation, targeting, or analytics
  • Demonstrate proven leadership in growing and guiding engineering teams
  • Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and modern data/engineering practices

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with advertising platforms, CDPs, or large-scale data processing systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on cutting-edge marketing and advertising technology
  • Stay hands-on: contribute to architecture, code reviews, and system design
  • Partner closely with product, marketing, and data teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions
  • Improve engineering processes, ensuring scalability and technical excellence
  • Define and execute technology roadmaps across data pipelines, campaign automation, and user targeting systems
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering culture
